- How secure are my documents and data?
- Electronic data is stored in either: Our secure Dropbox account Cloud-based services that you instruct us to use (e.g. CRM software, Google Drive, etc.)
Are my passwords secure?
- We take security very seriously. Any login information we use on your behalf is safely stored.
Where is your team located?
- We are 100% US-based, and I work remotely from Florida.
Subscriptions / Billing Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
- No. Your subscription is day-to-day or month-to-month and can be ended at any time via phone/email. There are no cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Absolutely. Contact us by phone/email and we will cancel your services, you can pick up whenever you need our assistance again.
When will I be billed?
- You will sign an agreement and payment will be accepted each Friday before 5 P.M. You will be sent an electronic invoice with a pay now button to complete your payment.
What if I miss a payment?
- Time is valuable, if I have committed to completing your work and you miss a payment, your account will be terminated by Monday at 5 P.M. and we will cancel your agreement for future business.
How is my work tracked?
- Space Coast Virtual Assistant uses an internal software that tracks our projects while we are working on them. My time is valuable, as is your money, I keep track of the time spent working for you as any employee would.
